Seth built his career around the deployment of transformation technology to the US Government (USG) Intelligence Community and supporting DoD services.  His nearly 25 years within the IC has led to the introduction of commercial best practices within the air-gapped environments.

Seth was the co-founder and CEO of Knack Works, a hybrid-cloud development platform and cleared infrastructure services company.  In 2020, Knack Works joined the Razor's investment family by merging with BlackLynx. At BlackLynx, Seth continued to run Enterprise Scale Automation under the Knack Works banner. In 2021, BlackLynx sold to Jacobs Solutions where he continued to grow the hybrid-cloud business by scaling into multiple new primes with DoD and IC customers.

Before Knack Works, he was the Director of Emerging Technologies at BIT Systems, a CACI Company.  Over the years of his mission service, Seth’s been awarded multiple campaign successes, including one at the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) level.

When not working on customer missions, Seth is probably in the garden at his farm, wrenching on some random vehicle, or working a STEAM project with wife and kids.
